Please note all items on our site marked with "CLOSEOUT" on the respective product detail pages are IN STOCK and are fulfilled by our company. Our website employs a real-time inventory management system. Please be aware that if you have an item in your shopping cart, and another customer finalizes their order for the last one, this item will disappear from your shopping cart.

Per our Authoirzed Dealer agreement with Burton Snowboards, Burton/RED/Anon products can only be shipped within the US. Products marked with "Availability: USA Only" can not be shipped outside of the United States of Amrerica. Products marked with "Availability: Worldwide" will be shipped anywhere in the world.

Products which do not denote "CLOSEOUT" are shipped by our respective affiliates. Customers who buy from our affiliate merchants will be bound by the terms and restrictions of the respecitive merchant.

All domestic (US) orders ship via UPS and require a PHYSICAL shipping address. UPS will NOT ship to a P.O. Box. All international orders ship via USPS. To determine your shipping rate, enter your zip/postal code and country in the "View Order" screen.

If your package is Refused or Returned to Sender (snowboards-for-sale.com, Inc.), the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. That includes the original freight to ship the product to the customer as well as the return freight from the customer back to snowboards-for-sale.com, Inc..

Please CHECK your shipping address CAREFULLY! There is a $10.00 fee for UPS address corrections if a change to your address is necessary after your order has left the warehouse.

Most products are shipped within 24 hours of placing your order, Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time. This does not apply to ski/snowboard racks and all rack accessories.

Please refer to your receipt for the UPS Tracking Number to look-up the status of your order. If you order 2 items or more, products may arrive at different times depending on the shipping points of origination.

Recipients of International orders will be responsible for duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Because these differ by country, these fees will not be itemized during time of checkout. All International sales are final sales. snowboards-for-sale.com will not accept refused or returned packages for international orders. No exceptions. You will be responsible to pay the entire order total if you refuse shipment of your package(s) once they are shipped. snowboards-for-sale.com is not responsible for refunding freight fees if an item is undeliverable and returned to sender. International orders requiring warranties due to manufacturer's defect are responsible for paying freight to and from the United States in order to perform a return or exchange.

Some items cannot ship overseas due to size of package (large luggage bags and 153cm+ snowboards) or flammable materials (base cleaner and liquid wax). In the event snowboards-for-sale.com cancels a product(s) from your order and issues a refund, we are not responsible for changes in the exchange rate if you receive less than you originally charged. Please send us an email if you have any questions.

Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. If you place an order for an item(s) that qualifies for free shipping and you must return something, we will gladly issue a refund less the shipping fee for the returned item(s). Once an order leaves the warehouse, you will be responsible for all shipping fees.
